What equipment do I need?
|
None. We will supply all necessary training equipment. All you will need is a jogging/track suit and a pair of trainers.

Do I need to get a medical certificate before I start training?
|
No. Not unless you have been advised against training by your doctor. As part of the assessment you will be asked about conditions such as heart problems, epilipsy, asthma etc, and may be required to fill in a questionnaire.

I am concerned that I am not fit enough to exercise.
|
No problem. We assess each individual carefully and create a programme which advances them gently from raw beginner to optimum fitness level.

Can I work out on my own too?
|
Yes. Our programme will outline a schedule of exercises, with durations and repetitions for each, which you can perform in your own time.

Is there any equipment that I can use at home?
|
Yes. Some exercises do not require any equipment, and others can be performed at home using simple items like a floor mat or a Swiss Ball, not expensive either.

Can I be trained anywhere other than at home?
|
Sure. We can train you at your place of work, a park, or any suitable location of your choice..

Are you a qualified Trainer?
|
Yes. YMCA.

Are you insured?
|
Of course - this is a requirement of the Register of Exercise Professionals and also the National Register of Personal Trainers, to both of which I belong.

Are you qualified in First Aid?
|
Yes. This is also a requirement for Personal Trainers.
