Hi!   I'm Paul Zahra.
From our site you have seen what we do and what we can do for you.
I'd now like to tell you a little bit about myself.
I have now been in the leisure/fitness industry for over seven years, as Senior Gym Instructor and Fitness Manager, and operating as a personal trainer for five years. I have had a variety of clients, with different backgrounds and fitness goals, and have always succeeded in helping them to achieve the results they wanted. I believe that the reason my my success in this is due to the fact that I recognise people as individuals, each different from all the others, and that I make an effort to really understand them and their personal goals.
My early background was football, and for over eight years I was a semi-professional footballer for Wandsworth & Norwood FC, and for Croydon FC for one year.
I have discovered through my experience that the human body and mind are truly remarkable and that you can achieve almost anything if you put your mind to it. I believe in motivating people and try to make personal training enjoyable and fun, which creates the right environment and frame of mind to achieve results.
